08.02.2012: We are pleased to inform you that starting from 18.02.2012 new Terms of Custody activities of UBS Nominees (Client regulations) come into force. In particular, the Terms specify the order of transfer of payments connected with emission securities with mandatory centralized safekeeping (bonds) to the clients, and define the procedure of clients’ notification on changes in the Terms.
